While pursuing my degree from Arizona State University's business college with a major in Real Estate I obtained my Real Estate sales license and went to work as a Realtor. My work experience started in my family's construction business, then extended to roles in Title Insurance and lending after graduating from ASU. Later in my career, I acquired my General Contractors license and built custom homes.
I proudly hold the title of Certified Professional Inspector CPI®, achieved from rigorous training through InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org). My journey to certification involved in-depth inspection courses covering all aspects of a home's interior and exterior. These courses encompassed common and major areas of concern for home buyers: foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, electrical systems, and more. I have successfully passed the InterNACHI Inspector Exam and adhere to their comprehensive Standards of Practice. Upholding a strict Code of Ethics, I consistently provide reliable and thorough inspection services to my valued clients.
